About Me
As a mom of two myself, I understand firsthand the rollercoaster of emotions, physical changes, and countless questions that come with pregnancy and new motherhood. For the past eight years, I've stood beside hundreds of Miami families in hospital delivery rooms, birth centers, and home births, providing the personalized support I once received during my journey.
My experience as a Certified Birth Doula has taught me that each birth story is beautifully unique. Whether you're navigating Pitocin contractions at Jackson Memorial, breathing through transition at Baptist, or laboring in your bedroom, I bring calm, evidence-based techniques to help you work with your body rather than against it. I've helped mothers find their voice during unexpected medical discussions, held space during challenging moments of doubt, and celebrated alongside families as they meet their babies for the first time.
In those precious but overwhelming postpartum weeks, my role transforms to whatever you need most—showing you how to achieve a perfect breastfeeding latch at 2 AM, gently supporting your recovery. At the same time, you shower, prepare nourishing meals, or be a compassionate ear when hormones and exhaustion feel overwhelming. As an Argentinian-born doula and Breastfeeding Specialist, I bring both professional expertise and cultural warmth to your fourth trimester, ensuring you never have to whisper "I'm struggling" without someone who truly understands and is ready to help you through.
